THE IMPACT OF SAFETY EDUCATION ON THE SAFETY BEHAVIOR OF CONSTRUCTION PERSONNEL IN CHINA
The construction industry serves as a pillar of the national economy, playing a vital role in economic development. However, numerous unsafe practices persist on construction sites, leading to multiple major quality incidents that have caused significant economic losses and casualties. Construction workers are the primary implementers of construction projects, exerting substantial influence over the construction process and the quality of the final product. Safety education stands as an effective measure to enhance workers' safety awareness and prevent or reduce the likelihood of safety incidents. A clear correlation exists between safety education and safety behaviors. Construction workers exhibit varying cognitive responses to different types of safety education, ultimately influencing the development of safe behaviors. This study examines the safety behaviors of construction workers, employing SPSS and AMOS to analyze the impact of safety education on behavioral safety.
