THE IMPACT OF STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT ON THE PERFORMANCE OF ORGANIZATIONS: ORGANIZATIONAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP AS AN INTERMEDIATE VARIABLE. A FIELD STUDY ON THE LIBYAN POST, TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY HOLDING COMPANY

Abstract

The study aimed to explore the impact of strategic management on organizational performance, while analyzing the mediating role of organizational entrepreneurship. This was conducted through a case study of the Libyan Post, Telecommunications, and Information Technology Holding Company and its subsidiaries. The study adopted an analytical descriptive approach and employed a questionnaire as the primary tool for data collection from a study population of 400 individuals, including managers, administrative staff, and department heads. Data was analyzed using SPSS V.25 and AMOS V.24 software. The findings indicated that organizational entrepreneurship plays an effective mediating role, enhancing the influence of strategic management on performance, with an impact coefficient of 40%. The study demonstrated that the integration of strategic management and organizational entrepreneurship contributes to building institutional resilience, enabling the organization to respond swiftly to environmental changes and create sustainable value for all stakeholders.
